Lumencre is organised market by market. You see sellers in your own country and region, with the closest ones first — because nearby means faster delivery. Sellers list and ship their own products; Lumencre provides the platform, secure payments, and buyer protection.
When you pay, we hold your money securely in escrow and release it to the seller only once you've confirmed your order arrived. If there's a problem, your payment stays protected while we help put it right. It's protection that works the same way on every order, for every shopper.
